Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual Underwriter, Concierge Support, Remote (6m Contract).

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service and support to Concierge merchants during the loan application process
• Underwrite and adjudicate loans, ensuring compliance with policies and maintaining service levels
• Manage communications and maintain accurate records while building strong relationships with merchant partners

Required Qualifications

• Bilingual in French and English (required)
• 2+ years of experience in personal credit lending or 3+ years in sales with knowledge of personal credit lending
• Strong customer service experience, preferably in financial services
• Excellent technical and organizational skills for managing multiple priorities
• Experience in cross-functional or team-based environments
