Job Summary

A company is looking for a Strategic Planning & Operations Director, Global Oncology Marketing.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead cross-Therapeutic Area Global Marketing initiatives and execution
• Manage TA Governance and commercial issues in collaboration with the VP
• Act as a central advisor, facilitating communication and managing activities across the team

Required Qualifications

• Doctorate degree with 4 years of relevant experience, or Master's degree with 7 years, or Bachelor's degree with 9 years of experience in sales & marketing or pharma consulting
• Strong advocacy and communication skills
• Ability to lead and manage projects from concept to completion
• Experience in navigating a matrix and ambiguous environment
• Demonstrated creativity in solving complex project issues
