Job Summary

A company is looking for a Legal Counsel with SaaS licensing experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and negotiate SaaS subscription agreements, vendor contracts, and assist with RFP responses
• Provide legal support to cross-functional teams and develop new processes
• Communicate complex legal concepts to non-lawyers effectively

Required Qualifications

• A minimum of 3 years of in-house legal experience with public and private companies
• Significant experience in drafting and negotiating revenue-based SaaS agreements
• Prior experience with cloud-based or internet software companies is strongly preferred
• Admission to any State bar in good standing
• Experience working with internal business, sales, and procurement teams
