Job Summary

A company is looking for a Compliance Analyst to strengthen its compliance program in the fintech sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and execute a risk-based monitoring and testing program for compliance
• Review high-risk transactions and ensure adherence to relevant regulations
• Coordinate due diligence and compliance status reporting with the sponsor bank

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, law, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in compliance, audit, or risk functions, preferably in gaming or fintech
• Hands-on experience with compliance monitoring and regulatory examinations
• Strong knowledge of applicable regulations such as BSA/AML and GLBA
• Ability to interpret and apply compliance obligations in banking platforms
