Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop analytical capabilities for compliance, risk, and operations
• Own building regular business update narratives at the executive level using data and trends
• Collaborate with Product and Operations leaders to shape product, process, and tech roadmaps

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in analytical roles within technology and finance
• Proficiency in Python/R, GSheet/Excel, and SQL
• Experience with large datasets, data modeling, and data pipelines using tools like Databricks and Tableau
• Degree in Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, Data Science, or related quantitative field
• Experience influencing senior management and collaborating with cross-functional teams
