Senior Manager, KYC Compliance

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Head of KYC.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the strategic direction of the Global KYC program, including policy and program implementation
• Provide oversight of First Line KYC functions and manage KYC issue resolution
• Act as the escalation point for KYC/Onboarding Managers and collaborate with various teams on KYC initiatives

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in managing and implementing KYC programs in financial institutions, preferably in digital assets or fintech
• Detailed knowledge of global anti-money laundering and sanctions regulations
• Strong leadership and project management skills
• Exceptional analytical skills
• Knowledge of the cryptocurrency industry
