Job Summary

A company is looking for an Enhanced Due Diligence Lead to develop strategies for onboarding new products and enhance EDD infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead EDD initiatives and advise business partners on regulatory requirements
• Develop and train junior EDD investigators, providing guidance on case resolutions
• Update EDD policies and procedures, and identify process improvements for efficiency

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• 5+ years of experience in leading EDD/CDD or AML programs
• Deep experience in EDD case management systems
• Knowledge of BSA, FinCen, and FINRA CDD regulations
• Experience in managing or mentoring EDD investigators
