Manager of Operational Compliance

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager Operational Compliance (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee compliance with client agreements and regulatory obligations, including the development of standard operating procedures
• Act as a point of escalation for regulatory, audit, and quality issues for the business unit
• Lead a team in conducting audits, quality monitoring, and managing audit readiness activities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, legal studies, finance, health services, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 6 years of experience in compliance, quality, audit, regulatory, or operations within healthcare or Pharmacy Benefit Management
• 1 year of leadership or people management experience
• Eligibility to work in the United States without the need for work visa or residency sponsorship
