Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Accountant to join their Finance team.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in month-end and year-end close processes, including maintaining the general ledger and preparing journal entries
• Review, code, and process vendor invoices, expense reports, and accruals
• Conduct monthly account reconciliations and prepare financial information for taxes and audits

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of accounting experience and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
• Knowledge of core accounting principles, particularly in relation to SaaS products
• Proficiency in accounting software, particularly Sage Intacct; familiarity with Ramp is a plus
• Intermediate Excel skills, including the ability to create complex spreadsheets and formulas
• Demonstrated ability to identify and implement process improvements
