Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Associate, Accounts Payable & Accounting.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of Accounts Payable and develop weekly payment processing plans
• Ensure accurate invoice coding and secure timely approvals from department heads
• Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes, including journal entry preparation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business, or equivalent experience preferred
• 2-3 years of Accounts Payable and general accounting experience required
• Experience with Concur for expense reporting and invoice management is required
• Proficiency in accounting software such as Microsoft Business Central or SAP is required
• Previous experience with 1099 forms and IRS guidelines is required
