A company is looking for a Director of Accounting to manage accounting processes and ensure compliance with applicable accounting rules.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee corporate accounting processes and month-end close activities
• Prepare and review balance sheet schedules and support financial audits
• Manage and mentor accounting staff while promoting a supportive work environment

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's and/or advanced degree in Accounting
• CPA certification
• 15+ years of professional accounting experience, including 5+ years in a leadership role
• Experience managing SOX and financial audits
• Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Microsoft Excel skills
