Job Summary

A company is looking for a Controller to lead financial operations and enhance financial systems and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and operate all aspects of accounting and financial reporting in accordance with GAAP
• Design and implement internal controls and accounting policies for compliance with mortgage regulations
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis efforts across the company

Required Qualifications

• 7-12 years of progressive accounting and finance experience, preferably in B2B fintech or mortgage
• Deep understanding of GAAP and mortgage accounting practices
• Experience with loan accounting software and financial systems
• Proven ability to lead and scale accounting operations in a high-growth environment
• CPA preferred but not required
