Job Summary

A company is looking for a Spending Accounts Customer Service Specialist to provide customer support and services to clients in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Adjudicate and process claims according to client, IRS, and corporate standards
  • Manage and resolve client reimbursements and claims submissions
  • Communicate with clients regarding their Spending accounts and process related transactions
Required Qualifications
  • High school graduate/GED; Associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • At least one year of professional phone customer service experience
  • Experience in benefits management, specifically with Spending Accounts (FSA, HRA, HSA)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer skills
  • Experience with claims processing and reimbursement processing systems preferred
