Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Credit Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Review orders for errors, verify information, and provide options to potential customers
• Negotiate and process payment arrangements while adhering to established procedures
• Document account handling activity accurately and educate customers on account status and payment options

Required Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; BA degree preferred
• Call Center or Collections experience preferred with basic knowledge of data entry
• Ability to remain engaged on the phone throughout the shift with minimal distractions
• Possess computer/technology savvy to operate multiple windows and tabs effectively
