A company is looking for a Claims Trainee to join their team.

Key Responsibilities

• Route claim issues to appropriate support areas and follow up for resolution
• Input, review, and validate claims data for reliability and effectiveness
• Assist in routine claim analysis and perform preliminary investigations

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
• Must be able to pass required testing
• Must be able to work overtime as required
• If a current employee, must meet minimum performance expectations
