Job Summary

A company is looking for a Multi-Service PA1 - Service Centre Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive inbound calls from prescribers and members, creating prescription cases and determining coverage
• Research and resolve client application discrepancies while meeting productivity and quality standards
• Convey resolutions to beneficiaries or providers through direct communication and professional correspondence

Required Qualifications

• Prior call center experience with a multi-screen setup
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
• Ability to navigate multiple software systems effectively
• Proficient typing skills of more than 30 WPM
• Availability for remote workspace audits and a reliable internet connection
