Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Workforce Analyst to support Operations leaders by providing insights into workforce planning and performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze workforce data to identify trends and forecast staffing needs
• Develop and maintain forecasting models and create dashboards to track performance metrics
• Conduct regular monitoring of performance metrics and provide actionable insights for operational improvements

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in a similar role at a fast-paced start-up or high-growth organization
• Prior sales or customer experience; education sales or tech-ed experience is a plus
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to transform data into actionable insights
• Experience with workforce scheduling and capacity planning
• Proficiency in data visualization techniques and reporting tools
