Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr Technical Recruiter (contract to hire).

Key Responsibilities

• Own full cycle recruiting for mid-to-senior level searches across various technical functions, including executive hiring
• Develop effective recruiting strategies in collaboration with hiring leaders in the U.S. and Canada
• Mentor and support junior team members while continuously improving recruiting and interviewing practices

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of recruiting experience for product and engineering roles
• Prior experience in a fast-growth startup environment preferred
• Proven success in high velocity, output-driven settings
• Bachelor's or Graduate degree in an intellectually rigorous discipline
