Compensation & Benefits Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Compensation & Benefits Manager to lead the development and administration of compensation strategies and employee benefits programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and analyze competitive compensation structures and conduct regular benchmarking and equity audits
  • Own and optimize U.S. employee benefits programs, managing broker relationships and employee communications
  • Ensure compliance with U.S. employment laws and maintain updated HR policies and employee handbooks
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in compensation and benefits
  • Strong knowledge of compensation laws and trends, especially in tech markets
  • Experience in administering employee benefits and leading open enrollment processes
  • Proven ability to conduct compensation benchmarking and data analysis
  • Proficiency with HRIS and compensation tools; advanced Excel skills are a plus
