Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter to manage the full recruitment lifecycle for specialized technical roles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute full-cycle recruitment for specialized roles in Cloud Engineering, Data Analytics, Data Science, GCP, and Life Sciences
• Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to tailor sourcing strategies for top-tier candidates
• Conduct screening and interviews, and collaborate on offer negotiations to ensure a smooth onboarding process

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience
• Proven ability to recruit for specialized roles in relevant technical fields
• Expertise in modern recruitment strategies and tools for sourcing and assessing technical talent
• Experience collaborating with hiring managers to align on recruiting goals
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and sourcing platforms is a plus
