Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technology project execution using Agile methodology, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery
• Manage resource planning, recruitment, and team alignment to meet delivery targets and budget modifications
• Build and coach high-performing teams while partnering with business and IT to develop technology strategies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• 5-7 years of experience managing technical teams
• 5+ years of experience in large scale, enterprise organizations
• 3+ years of experience focused on the Salesforce platform
• Salesforce Administration certifications preferred
