Operations Systems Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operations Systems Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership for DoD IT new business during capture and proposal development
• Lead the definition of enterprise IT solutions from CONOPS to deployment and sustainment
• Engage with business development teams to shape technical solutions and support proposal efforts

Required Qualifications

• BS degree with 15-20 years of relevant experience or a Master's with 13-15 years; Doctorate in a technical domain is acceptable
• 10+ years of experience leading DoD/Government technical projects and teams
• Possession of a DoD Clearance at the Secret level, with the ability to obtain a Top Secret clearance preferred
• Experience in planning, designing, and integrating enterprise DoD IT and cyber systems
• Demonstrated experience in systems requirements analysis and technical management
