• Experience scaling net new revenue to achieve ARR growth from low to mid-high 8-figures
• Exceptional leadership skills with experience in managing and growing a sales team
• Strong strategic thinking abilities to develop and execute effective sales strategies
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze sales metrics for decision-making
