Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Intake to manage the intake process functions within a region.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborates with leadership to manage referral processing and related activities
• Implements performance evaluations and coaching to improve staff performance and morale
• Develops and maintains Standard Operating Procedures to support team operations

Required Qualifications

• Associate degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Three (3) years of HME customer service experience required
• Two (2) years of HME management experience required
