Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the Business Process Optimization team and manage daily operations
• Engage with executives to identify and prioritize process improvement opportunities
• Oversee the execution of optimization initiatives and track performance metrics

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field preferred
• Minimum of 4 years of equivalent experience will be considered in lieu of a degree
• 5+ years of experience in business process improvement or operations strategy
• 3+ years of development experience in a high-level programming language
• Familiarity with automation technologies and experience in supervising automation solution development
