Senior Manager, Demand Planning

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Global Supply Chain Senior Manager, Demand Planning Business Process Owner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define, maintain, and enhance the demand planning process across the enterprise
• Train and support demand planners and coordinators globally while managing change initiatives
• Conduct regular audits of the demand planning process and lead continuous improvement projects

Required Qualifications:

• Doctorate degree in Business, Engineering, or Supply Chain with 2 years of relevant experience, or equivalent qualifications
• Established expertise in Pharmaceutical/Biotech Supply Chain and GMP processes
• Experience with demand planning technology and analytics tools
• Strong data analysis and critical thinking skills
• Proven ability to lead transformation across global teams
