Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mortgage Loan Closer.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and verify closing documents for compliance with Federal and State standards
• Collaborate with loan originators and title companies to schedule and facilitate closings
• Maintain accurate records in the Loan Origination System and ensure confidentiality of information

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in mortgage loan closing
• Experience with various loan types (Conventional, FHA, USDA, VA)
• Familiarity with paperless mortgage file systems and LOS Encompass is preferred
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Product Suite
• Mathematical skills for basic calculations and data interpretation
