Required Qualifications

• CIPD, PHR/SPHR, or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP certification with 5+ years of experience in a strategic HRBP role
• Experience in a geographically dispersed organization
• Strong business acumen and relationship management skills
• Comprehensive understanding of HR practices and employment laws
• Experience in a fast-paced, complex global company environment
