Key Responsibilities

• Drive user engagement and revenue growth across the platform
• Develop and execute a comprehensive go-to-market strategy focused on attracting, converting, and retaining developers and strategic partners
• Implement growth experiments and optimize paid ad testing and conversion rate strategies

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant professional experience in growth, marketing, or a related field
• Strong understanding of developer infrastructure within the Web3 and crypto ecosystem
• Proven ability to scale growth channels and drive revenue
• Working knowledge of data analytics tools for campaign performance evaluation
• Experience in a remote or highly distributed team environment is a plus
