Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Engagement Marketing Manager to enhance member engagement and retention through strategic marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advocate for members to ensure a seamless experience across all touchpoints
• Develop and implement strategies to improve member engagement and retention
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the member experience and monitor engagement KPIs

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in engagement marketing, preferably in digital health
• Experience with self-insured clients, PBMs, and health plans is a plus
• Extensive experience in building and optimizing multi-channel communication strategies
• Proficiency with CRM tools and data analytics platforms
• Experience with Braze canvas development and analysis
