Job Summary

A company is looking for a Performance Marketing Analyst to join their Growth Marketing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leadership on marketing analytics and develop recommendations for budget optimization across performance marketing channels
• Own monthly forecasting by analyzing historical data and inputting assumptions on key marketing metrics
• Develop robust reporting and analytics around customer acquisition cost (CAC), cost per order (CPO), and lifetime value (LTV) for each brand

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of financial acumen and analytical experience in marketing analytics
• Experience measuring the ROI of marketing spend and advising on investment decisions
• Bachelor's degree in a data-intensive field such as Economics, Mathematics, Business, Finance, or Psychology preferred
• Understanding of marketing measurement methodologies including adtech reporting and Marketing Mix Modeling
• Solid MS Excel skills with experience in building financial/marketing models and dashboards
