• Design and execute lifecycle campaigns for acquisition, retention, onboarding, renewal, and digital adoption
• Architect automated customer journeys and drip campaigns while managing free trial onboarding campaigns
• Analyze campaign results and deliver actionable insights

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in email marketing with HubSpot experience
• Experience with customer segmentation and automation setup in HubSpot
• Proven success in improving conversion and customer engagement through email
• Analytical mindset with a results-driven approach
• Experience proofing email/SMS copy and editing design templates
