• Set and drive strategy for all affiliate and emerging channel programs

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of data-driven marketing experience in high-growth fintech, eCommerce, or B2C brands
• Proven ability to build and scale affiliate and emerging channel programs
• Deep expertise in paid media, especially affiliate marketing
• Proficiency in affiliate management and analytics platforms
• Strong analytical mindset to translate data into strategy
