A company is looking for a Senior Director, Channel & Partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy and execution of channel and partnership initiatives to drive revenue growth
• Manage and nurture relationships with existing partners while identifying new strategic opportunities
• Build and lead a high-performing team, ensuring alignment with company goals through cross-functional collaboration

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
• 10+ years of experience in channel sales, business development, or partnerships, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
• Proven track record of building and managing strategic partnerships that drive revenue growth
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a team
• Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, preferably in a mission-focused organization
