Job Summary

A company is looking for a Regional Sales Manager for the SoCal/AZ/Rockies region.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and lead a team of Regional Account Executives focused on Public Sector accounts
• Develop team members and territories while driving revenue growth and maximizing performance
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure effective product delivery and strong ROI for clients

Required Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of sales leadership experience, preferably in a SaaS environment
• Proven track record in achieving ARR bookings, pipeline generation, and deal strategy/execution
• Ability to recruit, retain, and develop top talent
• Experience in closing large deals, particularly within the public sector
• Located in Southern California, Arizona, or Denver
