Senior Director of Manufacturing

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director of Manufacturing (Base).

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee third-party manufacturing operations to ensure quality, efficiency, and on-time delivery
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to manage KPIs and quality assurance processes
• Lead and develop manufacturing teams while coordinating with cross-functional teams for supply chain optimization

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, supply chain operations, or related field
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in manufacturing operations with 3P management
• At least 5 years of experience leading and managing salaried direct reports
• Prior industry experience in food manufacturing, with USDA and meat experience preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, ERP systems, and MES
