Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mortgage Post Closing Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily workflow across all post-closing departments to ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks
• Oversee communication with internal teams and external stakeholders regarding post-closing statuses and deficiencies
• Develop and implement process improvements to drive efficiency and compliance

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred
• Minimum 5 years of experience in mortgage post-closing, with at least 3 years in a leadership or management role
• Strong understanding of mortgage operations, including shipping and investor delivery
• Working knowledge of Encompass LOS, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
