A company is looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
  • 3-6+ years of customer management/vendor management experience, preferably in SaaS retail-tech or mar-tech
  • Experience in project management of complex initiatives from inception to evaluation
  • Experience in web-based business or retail, including e-commerce on platforms like Shopify and Salesforce
  • BS/BA degree required
  • Advanced skills in Google Suite
