Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding of customers' businesses and their objectives for relationship commerce programs
• Build solid relationships with client stakeholders and anticipate customer needs to manage project plans effectively
• Educate customers on best practices and conduct comprehensive business reviews to maximize program results

Required Qualifications

• 3-6+ years of customer management/vendor management experience, preferably in SaaS retail-tech or mar-tech
• Experience in project management of complex initiatives from inception to evaluation
• Experience in web-based business or retail, including e-commerce on platforms like Shopify and Salesforce
• BS/BA degree required
• Advanced skills in Google Suite
