Senior Clearance Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Clearance Operations Associate to join their Title Solutions team.

Key Responsibilities

• Review title commitments and attorney title opinion letters to identify matters to be cured prior to or at closing
• Coordinate with various parties to resolve issues reflected on title commitments
• Draft legal documents and update title commitments based on new information during the clearance process

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of seven years of title industry experience, with expertise in specific state markets preferred
• Strong understanding of title clearance requirements and ability to read and edit title commitments
• Experience with drafting deeds, affidavits, and indemnity agreements
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-centric environment
• Proactive and resourceful with a strong initiative to find solutions
