Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Attorney with a background in Mortgage.

Key Responsibilities

• Attending court hearings in several counties throughout the state
• Managing files and monitoring cases to ensure deadlines are met
• Document preparation and review, including drafting responses to pleadings and legal research

Required Qualifications

• 1+ years of practicing law
• Juris Doctor Degree from an ABA accredited university
• Must be licensed to practice in the State of Oklahoma
• Licensed in federal court or willing to get licensed at the firm's expense
• Familiarity with foreclosure and bankruptcy processes and procedures
