Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Channel Marketing Manager to lead their Consumer Marketing strategy and execution focused on Pharmacy Benefit Manager channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead marketing representation in PBM partner meetings, sharing updates and addressing partner needs
• Develop and manage marketing assets tailored to PBM members in collaboration with external partners
• Own execution of consumer enrollment campaigns for PBM channels, driving user acquisition and activation

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in healthcare marketing with a focus on Pharmacy Benefit Manager channels
• Track record of leading direct-to-consumer campaigns in complex healthcare environments
• Strong analytical skills focused on enrollment funnel performance and conversion optimization
• Extensive experience in channel, lifecycle, and CRM marketing within healthcare organizations
• Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms for managing member journeys
