A company is looking for a Commercial Marketing Lead, LATAM (Mexico or Brazil).

Key Responsibilities

• Create and execute marketing tactics to generate leads, pipeline, and revenue
• Manage brand positioning and marketing campaigns aligned with global strategy
• Track and report on marketing performance and collaborate with sales teams

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in the HR Tech industry
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or a related field
• Fluent in Spanish, English, and Portuguese
• Proactive and creative with strong interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with Salesforce, Demandbase, and SalesLoft is desired
