Key Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to develop strategic automation solutions and future operating models
• Lead process discovery, create business cases, and manage change for automation integration
• Guide clients through the automation journey, ensuring project success and long-term benefits realization

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of relevant professional experience
• An MBA or equivalent postgraduate degree is preferable
• Prior experience in IT, particularly in Automation, is beneficial
• Consulting background with operational experience in service industries is valuable
• English proficiency; knowledge of Dutch or German is advantageous
