Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Business Systems Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Health Care Services department with technology evaluation and implementation to address business needs
• Develop business requirements for new technologies that enhance service and care delivery
• Lead collaboration with stakeholders to document functional and technical requirements and manage system integration projects

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience with various architectures, including Internet and client/server
• 5+ years of experience creating business requirements documentation
• 5+ years of experience in business requirements methodologies within healthcare clinical operations
• Experience with CRM platforms and large scale change management initiatives preferred
