Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Administrative Coordinator to provide high-level administrative and operational support to senior leaders.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage complex calendars, scheduling meetings, travel, and deadlines for senior leaders
• Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare expense reports, ensuring compliance with organizational policies
• Maintain organized administrative systems and serve as a liaison between leaders, staff, and external partners

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3 - 5 years of administrative experience supporting executives
• Extremely organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple tasks under pressure
• High proficiency with MS Office, Slack, and Asana applications
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion
• Fluency in Spanish is required if covering a Spanish-speaking team area
