Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Support Engineer II who will support new feature development, API enhancement, and client integration.

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve PaaS application system errors
• Provide technical product support to customers and internal staff
• Document problem resolutions and produce incident reports

Required Qualifications

• Basic understanding of APIs and application communication
• Strong interest in software engineering with a willingness to learn
• Experience in SQL query writing
• Ability to work independently and in a team setting
