Job Summary

A company is looking for a Support Analyst to join their Product Engineering team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data loading, ETL processes, and application functionality
  • Manage and prioritize support requests and incidents using ServiceNow
  • Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams to understand system functionality and data flows
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, Information Systems, or engineering fields, or equivalent experience
  • 4+ years of relevant experience in Software support or Helpdesk Support
  • Minimum 3 years of experience with Microsoft SQL Stack (T-SQL, SSIS, SSRS)
  • Experience with ticketing systems, preferably ServiceNow
  • Experience with Microsoft Azure and/or Snowflake is a plus
