Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of enterprise accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention
• Identify new use cases and expansion opportunities within existing accounts
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery and continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of account management or customer success experience, preferably in a SaaS or tech-enabled services environment
• Exceptional relationship-building and executive presence
• Ability to identify business drivers and translate them into actionable plans
• Experience working with AI, CX, or transformative enterprise tech platforms is a plus
• Strong collaboration skills in cross-functional team settings
