Job Summary

A company is looking for a Security Contracts Analyst to join their Security & Privacy team.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and analyze various contracts to ensure compliance with legal, security, and business requirements
• Identify potential risks and escalate concerns to relevant stakeholders
• Support contract management and assist in monitoring compliance with legal requirements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, or a related field preferred
• 2+ years of experience in a contract review, paralegal, or legal support role, preferably within a technology or SaaS company
• Foundational understanding of technical concepts related to security, privacy, and AI
• Strong understanding of basic contract principles and terminology
• Proficiency in using contract management software or similar tools
