Job Summary

A company is looking for a Paralegal - Vendor Management & Contracts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review, draft, and negotiate various commercial contracts while ensuring compliance with internal policies
  • Assist with litigation and compliance support, including document production and risk management processes
  • Conduct advanced legal research and provide governance support for corporate policies and procedures
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree required; paralegal certificate preferred or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum of 7 years of paralegal experience in a corporate legal department or law firm
  • Significant experience with contract review and vendor management
  • Background in healthcare or regulated industries is highly preferred
  • Strong knowledge of commercial contract structure and legal risk assessment
